IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No there's no required minimum order for drapery and lighting. We do all size projects great or small. Just give us a call or send an email.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please fill out our online form by clicking on the "Get a Quote" button on the top of the page, on the home page select your event, and fill out the online forms, give us a call at (561) 708-1877 or send an email to discuss price quote prior to placing an order email@example.com. Due to location, number of guest and size of venues and required equipment prices vary.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
All reservations must be made a month to two months in advance. In order to supply customers with the best service and quality products, time is needed to arrange and plan for the event.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
All customers have 2 months prior to the scheduled date of the event to cancel or reschedule there are no refunds.
HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICE?
All major credit cards, cash, and money orders are accepted. No checks.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
A security deposit and a down payment is due upon registration. An invoice will be sent to the email on file. The remaining balance including set up and breakdown fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduled date of the event.
